Personal Information
Depending on the reason you visit our Site, there may be additional terms you will need to agree to for using the Website.

• Guests are those individuals visiting our Site without creating an account.
  
• Enthusiasts are those individuals who have created an account with us.
  
• Organizers are those individuals or entities who have created an account to specifically promote, credential, and enable registration for both events and selling merchandise.
  
• Third-Party Vendor (“Vendor”) includes any third-party that is not part of the Hagerty family of companies. Vendors include Event Organizers that offer services or merchandise on our Site available for your purchase directly but under separate terms from the Vendor.

Individual Event Organizers may offer their own separate refund policy. If you do make a purchase on the Website where a refund is possible, then refunds will be settled according to any relevant terms or as required by law. Refunds may be returned by check.

We may without prior notice and in our sole discretion, terminate your access and use of the Site or any Services if:
